Dr. Dayan gave this 70-year-old male patient an Extreme Makeover with a full-mouth reconstruction. The patient first received orthodontics to correct the teeth's position. You can see how this leveled the gum line. Dr. Dayan then placed 12 upper crowns, 6 lower crowns, and 6 lower porcelain veneers. Teeth whitening was also used to give the patient a bright smile.

Orthodontics used to correct lower crowding. Periodental tissue grafting corrected the gumline of the front two teeth. Four porcelain crowns were placed to replace old crowns and repair decayed teeth.
